Kaohsiung's night markets

The biggest one closes two nights a week. Here's which to pick, and when.

Go to Ruifeng if it's open: it's Kaohsiung's biggest night market, with more than 1,000 stalls, but it closes on Mondays and Wednesdays. On those nights, or if you want the easiest trip, go to Liuhe, a short walk from Formosa Boulevard Station and open every night. Zhongxiao, Jilin and Guanghua are smaller and more local.
